Information you give us. When you book a call, email us, or subscribe to our insights, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and anything you write in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we collect basic usage and device data (pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, browser type) through analytics cookies and similar technologies, to understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

To respond to enquiries and schedule calls; to send the insights or resources you requested; to measure and improve the site and our marketing; and to meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

How we share it

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you, under agreements that limit their use of it — for example our CMS (Sanity), our email platform (Kit), and analytics providers (Google Analytics, Meta). We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand traffic and measure campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. These trackers only load when configured for the site.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above — to maintain our relationship with you and meet legal requirements — and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.
