Privacy Policy

Cosmic (“we,” “us”) is a Revenue Design® firm. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to respond to you and improve our work.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form, book a call, email us or subscribe to our insights, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, email address, mobile number, company and anything you write in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most sites, we collect basic usage and device data (pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, browser type) through analytics cookies and similar technologies, to understand how the site is used. A random visitor identifier, stored in a first-party cookie for up to a year, links these visits; if you contact us, it is saved with your enquiry so we can see which pages helped.

Ad click and campaign details. If you arrive from an ad, we store the ad’s click identifier (Google’s gclid, gbraid or wbraid, or Meta’s fbclid) and campaign tags (UTM parameters) in a first-party cookie and your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days. If you later contact us, those details are saved with your enquiry so we can tell which ads lead to conversations.

How we use your information

To respond to enquiries and schedule calls; to send the insights or resources you requested; to measure and improve the site and our marketing; and to meet legal and security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

How we share it

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and communicate with you, under agreements that limit their use of it: our content system, which also stores enquiries (Sanity); our email providers (Resend for enquiry notifications, Kit for newsletters); our scheduling tool (Cal.com); and our analytics and advertising providers (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta). We may also disclose information where required by law.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand traffic and measure campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. These trackers only load when configured for the site.

Scheduling

When you book a call, the calendar is provided by Cal.com. Cal.com processes your name, email address, the time you pick and any notes you add, sends the confirmation and calendar invite, and passes the booking details to us.

Advertising and conversion measurement

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to learn which ads lead to enquiries and booked calls. It uses Google’s enhanced conversions: when you submit the contact form, the Google tag on this site hashes your email address and mobile number in your browser (a one-way SHA-256 hash) and sends the hashed values to Google, which uses them to match the enquiry to an ad click. We also use the Meta Pixel to record that an enquiry or booking happened. You can manage ad personalization in Google’s My Ad Center and in your Meta ad preferences.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, to maintain our relationship with you and meet legal requirements, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to unsubscribe from our emails at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link). To make a request, email saad@cosmiclabs.net.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
